About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager to lead our digital acquisition and analytics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building marketing analytics and growth insights capabilities to drive digital acquisition and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition Strategy & Planning (50%): Provide analytics and strategic support to digital marketing and product teams to drive quality customer acquisition and define tactics for the digital acquisition strategy.
- Customer Insights & Analytics (30%): Distill key customer or product-specific acquisition insights into actionable next steps to drive better or more efficient business goals.
- Website (20%): Develop and implement a strategy for the public site to create a personalized and relevant journey that effectively moves customers through the funnel and drives quality conversions.
What You'll Bring
- 7-10 years overall experience with a post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or Mathematics.
- 5+ years experience in management consulting, customer analytics, marketing intelligence with strong business acumen.
- 3-5 years as a power user/administrator for Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (360 or GA4) to create effective media reporting/insights.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions for web and/or mobile.
- In-depth knowledge of key media channels and platforms, including programmatic platforms, paid social, paid search, email, and affiliates.
- 2+ years working with media teams on pixel implementation/management and tag management systems.
- 2+ years SEO proficiency and website strategy/user journey development.
- Strong time management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Clear communicator and adept at storytelling.
- Comfortable learning quickly, and building actionable plans in a collaborative environment.
- Experience leading, building, and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical skills – Able to use SQL and Excel to pull and analyze data; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
