Store Management Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee our retail operations. This position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of relevant experience in a retail environment.
Work EnvironmentThe successful candidate will work in a dynamic retail service establishment, which may include gas bars and various retail businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales associates
- Recruit and train new team members
- Manage inventory and place merchandise orders
- Create and maintain employee work schedules
- Oversee inventory organization and management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
- Handle cash management duties
Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 employees.
Safety and SecurityMust be bondable to ensure the safety and security of the workplace.
Transportation RequirementsPersonal transportation is necessary for this role.
Work ConditionsThis position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. Candidates should be prepared for a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, including extended periods of standing.
