- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
- Prepare detailed expense and income reports for management review.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Client-focused and organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
