Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team at NEST INVESTMENTS. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Ensure that lease agreements are executed and administered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operating expenses and income.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit expense and income reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client-focused, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
