Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at GE Renewable Energy Canada inc.

Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and implement engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and implement engineering projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management
  • Strong background in project management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
