- Execute tactical support requests for marketplace sellers, including issue troubleshooting and data reporting.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues for advertisers through coordination across various functional areas of the company.
- Demonstrate product features beyond central functionality to help advertisers achieve key business results.
- Contribute to the development of features and programs that enhance customer success through advertiser feedback, market insights, and internal data.
- Maintain disciplined customer engagement to drive high-value and adaptation to a self-serve offering.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or customer success in the ad tech/ad operations/SEM/digital media/marketing/advertising space.
- Proven track record of owning customer relationships and overseeing the entire lifecycle of the client.
- Experience leading client meetings, conducting product training, and analyzing campaign data.
- Comfortable with data-driven storytelling and the ability to leverage data to provide customers with recommendations for improving business performance.
- Ability to lead or collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
