Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Triple J Canada Consulting Inc.
Job Summary:The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing technical advice to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train Workers: Provide guidance and training to team members on accounting duties and policies.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit financial reports to management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of accounting equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
The Accounting Supervisor will supervise a team of 5-10 people.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:- Automatic Data Processing (ADP): Proficient in using ADP software.
- Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA): Experienced in using VBA for data analysis and automation.
- MS Access: Skilled in using MS Access for database management.
- MS Excel: Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- MS Outlook: Experienced in using MS Outlook for email management.
- MS Word: Skilled in using MS Word for document creation.
- Quick Books: Proficient in using Quick Books for accounting and financial management.
- Simply Accounting: Experienced in using Simply Accounting for accounting and financial management.
- Spreadsheet: Skilled in using spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.
- Accounting Software: Proficient in using accounting software for financial management.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
- Tight Deadlines: Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
