Job Title: Appliance Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Installation Specialist to join our team at Maple Appliance Ltd. As an Appliance Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining household appliances in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
  • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including steel-toed safety boots and hard hat, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in appliance installation or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
Working Conditions:
  • Work site environment: outdoors.
  • Work setting: construction, renovation, installation, repair, rural area, service/clean, urban area.
  • Weight handling: up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Language:

English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
