Mobilize Connect is actively seeking exceptional Back of House cleaning professionals for immediate employment opportunities. Our partners adhere to all WHO safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

We offer fantastic positions for committed Housekeeping personnel who strive to create memorable experiences for our esteemed guests. The ideal candidate will work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, showcasing efficiency, excellent time management, attention to detail, and strong communication skills while providing assistance to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established cleaning and maintenance schedules,
  • Clean and sanitize windows, walls, doors, and fixtures
  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect room showers, toilets, mirrors, and sinks
  • Vacuum carpets and maintain hard floors (e.g., linoleum, tile, etc.) using appropriate cleaning products
  • Regularly replenish and restock room amenities, including towels, soaps, and shampoos
  • Remove used bed linens and replace them with fresh linens
  • Consistently check that room lighting and appliances are functioning properly
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure that all rooms meet organizational health and safety standards, as well as federal, provincial, and local regulations
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Full-time, compensated positions.
  • No fees for job seekers.
  • This role is designed for a duration of 6 months.
  • Opportunities for extended employment may be available.

ACCOMMODATION FOR STAFF:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • A clear police record is required.
  • A sense of adventure is essential.
