Role Overview
As a Suite Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel valued by maintaining a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing cleaning duties in guest suites in accordance with Fairmont standards, including dusting, organizing guest belongings, preparing beds, and managing linen.
- Reporting on the condition of bedding and performing daily cleaning tasks, as well as special projects aimed at enhancing the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the resort.
- Efficiently managing time to complete all assigned tasks based on shift requirements.
- Ensuring proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- A warm and friendly demeanor; prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
- Proactive in anticipating and addressing guest needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Manual dexterity to perform essential functions and operate cleaning equipment effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to push and pull weights of up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional crouching, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Requires grasping, writing, repetitive motions, listening, hearing, and visual acuity.
