Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 489486BC LTD. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that stockroom is organized and secure.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, and provide assistance with sales and product information.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and secure, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
