Retail Store Manager

BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store inventory.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promote products, and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges to maintain a positive store environment.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
