Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
At Chevron-Fort Nelson, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
