Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Monika Sethi. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the client's needs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • First Aid Certificate and Basic Security Clearance required
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
