Retail Store Manager

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Language:English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:32 to 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
