En tant que Service Team Member, vous serez responsable de fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients, d'aider les clients à trouver ce qu'ils recherchent et de garantir que tous les clients bénéficient d'un passage rapide et amical aux caisses.

Responsabilités
  • Aider les clients à faire leurs achats, à trouver le produit qu'ils recherchent et à trouver des solutions.
  • Offrir une expérience rapide et courtoise aux caisses et manipuler l'argent selon les normes.
  • Sensibiliser les clients aux avantages du programme de récompenses et effectuer les inscriptions.
  • Mettre les clients au courant du sondage Voix du client (VDC).
  • Aider avec les processus omnicanaux, y compris les commandes AEL/REM (achetez en ligne, ramassez en magasin) et les commandes expédiées à partir du magasin (EXP/M).
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions, de remplissage des présentoirs et de planogramme (POG).
  • Responsable du rangement de la marchandise et de l'entretien, y compris le processus de retour de la marchandise, replacer la marchandise sur les étagères et du rangement général du magasin, afin d'assurer un magasin où la marchandise est bien présentée et en stock.
  • Effectuer les tâches d'optimisation des stocks en magasin (OSEM) et les montages pour les soldes hebdomadaires tel qu'assignées.
  • Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Respecter les Procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l'entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et exigences applicables, mettre en pratique les politiques et les normes de l'entreprise.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l'engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres.
Exigences physiques et environnementales

La description du poste doit préciser les exigences physiques minimales du poste telles que les exigences liées au temps passé debout, assis, à soulever des charges, à marcher et à effectuer des mouvements répétitifs. Décrire les conditions environnementales pour lesquelles le postulant ou l'employé doit être au courant, tout particulièrement en ce qui a trait aux facteurs environnementaux pouvant causer un risque de santé ou de sécurité.

Les exigences physiques incluent la capacité de rester debout pendant de longues périodes, de se déplacer dans le magasin, de se courber, de soulever, de transporter, d'atteindre et de s'étirer fréquemment, de soulever des boîtes lourdes et d'accéder à des étagères élevées à l'aide d'une échelle ou d'un équipement similaire.

L'environnement de travail comprend un magasin de détail public à prendre soin des clients, toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées, quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés, il se peut que du travail à l'extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions), l'atelier d'encadrement comporte une machine de coupe du verre et une presse à chaud, les heures de travail comprennent les soirs, les fins de semaine et tôt le matin.

Michaels exige que tous les membres de l'équipe dans ce rôle soient âgés d'au moins seize (16) ans.
