About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Shelbourne Chevron. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on merchandise.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reordering stock as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Setting: Rural area with on-site customer service.
  • Transportation: Public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with physical demands, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
