Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display and optimal inventory levels.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
