Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of materials and supplies, requisitioning or ordering as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, communicating with management and staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
