Position Overview

Amazing Drywall Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and enhance our maintenance operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production and operational reports.
  • Supervise and manage maintenance staff and projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, and conduct staffing actions as necessary.
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for employee training.
  • Set up and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct team members in their tasks.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
