Job Title: Bookkeeper

A bookkeeper at AJE Rai Professional Services Inc. is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
