Territory Account Manager

At ESET DACH, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with End Users and Partners in the territory.
Job Summary:The Territory Account Manager will work closely with the ESET team to develop and execute a territory strategy that drives success. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new SMB accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively seek out additional revenue opportunities with existing SMB accounts
- Work with Large Account Resellers and System Integrators to generate new pipeline and opportunities
- Identify strategic partner recruit targets and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Travel, perform presentations, and work with customers and business development partner teams
- Proactively maintain positive business relationships with opposite members from our partners' organizations
- Ability to coordinate sales activities across multi-functional groups
- Competence and knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes
- Appointment setting, managing pipeline, and comfort with CRM system
- 5+ years of working experience in sales and account management
- Knowledge understanding of the software security industry
- Detail-oriented and self-reliant
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- High level of Personal Computer proficiency
- High level of inter-personal relationship and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years experience and/or understanding of working within a Canadian Channel sales organization
- University undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience
ESET DACH is a performance-driven organization, and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The total compensation range for this position is $150-$175K inclusive of a base salary of $105K-$119K plus variable compensation. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
