Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Emperor Concierge Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing leadership to our front-line staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on customer feedback and service quality
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Provide emergency response when required and participate in emergency response planning
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Keep logs and maintain records to track customer feedback and service quality
  • Advise senior management on customer feedback and service quality
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work setting: Various locations
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, team player, leadership
