About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Emperor Concierge Inc. as an Operations Manager. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality results.
  • Guest Experience
    • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality results.
    • Prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
