- Handle telephone communications and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Oversee payroll processing and administration.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
- Assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling tools and MS Office suite.
- Experience with electronic mail and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
