Pump Jacks Saloon and Steakhouse is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and equipment, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
