Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
    • Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and schedule the duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to support the growth and development of our team members.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Guest Services
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
