Bausch & Lomb is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to develop and deliver documentation for IT systems that comply with pharmaceutical regulations. The successful applicant will assist in formulating validation strategies, creating documentation, and ensuring adherence to compliance during the configuration, implementation, testing, and maintenance of validated statuses in line with quality standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering validation services for IT solutions, which includes defining validation scope, approving documentation, and conducting functional analyses.
  • Participating in change management processes, such as assessing impacts and performing compliance testing.
  • Evaluating IT suppliers and ensuring they meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams and external service providers.
  • Assisting in audits of IT systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT systems validation, familiarity with GxP IT systems, knowledge of IT technologies within the pharmaceutical sector, and skills in project coordination. Strong communication abilities, adaptability, and the capacity to work within a distributed team are essential. Proficiency in both French and English is required.
