Job Title: Landscape Worker

Seasonal Impact is seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining our green spaces and ensuring they remain beautiful and well-manicured.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with various landscaping tasks, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent physical abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to keep our green spaces tidy
  • Remove litter and garbage to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to enhance our landscapes
  • Lay sod or seed to create new green spaces
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to add color and beauty to our landscapes
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure it remains in good working order
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent physical abilities, including walking, bending, and crouching
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail
  • Dependability, efficiency, and flexibility in a team environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
