About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Station1 Lebenese Kitchen. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions and records are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
