About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Match Retail. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and making job offers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the recruitment team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in an agency or retail environment
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
