Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Construction Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Evaluate and Modify Facilities: Assess the need for modifications to our facilities and real estate, and develop plans to implement these changes.
- Identify Customer Needs: Work closely with our guests to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet these needs.
- Oversee Reports and Statistics: Prepare and analyze reports and statistics related to our facilities and operations, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Plan and Organize Construction Projects: Develop and implement plans for construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Recommend Products and Services: Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to our guests, enhancing their experience and driving revenue growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word, as well as monitoring and tracking software and reservation software.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with scanners and other equipment.
- Security and Safety: Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
