About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our Marketing team at One Degree Organic Foods. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for driving and creating all graphic design for our brand, including packaging, point-of-sale materials, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually compelling graphics and content across all platforms that align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Develop and implement design concepts that support our marketing objectives, including brand growth, follower and subscriber growth, social reach, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and copywriters to execute design concepts and ensure consistency of brand voice across multiple touchpoints.
  • Provide expertise and support to external vendors and be the champion of everything visual for our brand.
  • Work in tandem with design agencies contracted by our brands to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent task and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
