We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to oversee kitchen operations at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. This permanent position requires a commitment to excellence in food preparation and service.

The ideal candidate will possess a college diploma or certificate from a culinary program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work EnvironmentThis role is situated in a dynamic setting, such as a hotel, motel, or resort.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage special events
- Assess food portion sizes and associated costs
- Design menus and forecast food requirements
- Order food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes
- Prepare specialized meals for dietary needs as directed
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas for compliance
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety
- Manage inventory and maintain records of supplies
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assistants
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Recruit and onboard new kitchen staff
- Organize and execute buffets and banquets
- Oversee overall kitchen operations
