Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Port Coquitlam Towing Services Ltd. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Towing and Transportation: Safely and efficiently tow and transport vehicles to designated locations, following all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the tow truck, ensuring it is in good working order and meets all safety standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G driver's licence, with a clean driving record.
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement: Hold a valid Air Brake (Z) endorsement.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift, push, and pull heavy loads, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent overtime required.
