Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2129575 Alberta Ltd O/A Prime Time Donair and Poutine. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and cost control
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
