Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Farm-acy. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions, as well as handle returns and exchanges.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
