Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at NEMRAH & NAUMAN ENTERPRISES O/A MARY BROWNS. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions

The Food Service Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry heavy objects.

Language and Work Schedule

The primary language of work is English. The work schedule is 30 to 40 hours per week.
