We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MrMikes Steakhouse Casual. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Cash Handling and Point of Sale: Operate a point of sale system to process customer transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, communicating effectively to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied.

Requirements
