The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery and responsibility of local Human Resources functions for our Canada entities. Reporting into the Regional HR Manager-Americas with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the HR Manager for Canada, this role ensures the accuracy of records in Microsoft Dynamics, HRIS, and ADP, while administering local benefits and supporting compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and ADP.
  • Administer local benefits, including health and wellness programs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support employee relations, process optimization, and other key areas of HR.
  • Collaborate with remote stakeholders, including Senior Management, to engage, motivate, and influence others.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR teams.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in a related field or comparable experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with a HRIS system, preferably ADP and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
