Position Overview

Jagir Contracting Inc is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to oversee our purchasing operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our procurement processes align with our organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets and expenditures effectively
  • Formulate, execute, and refine purchasing policies and procedures
  • Supervise the assessment of cost and quality for goods and services
  • Authorize the creation of product or service specifications
  • Administer contracts and agreements
  • Evaluate and process supplier claims
  • Direct the analysis of relevant data and information
  • Oversee the generation of comprehensive reports
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management
  • Coordinate and review various projects and programs
  • Organize, lead, and assess daily operational activities
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with MS Outlook
  • Competence in MS Word
