About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Flora Graphic & Printing Inc. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for procuring general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services from suppliers.
    • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
    • Consult with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
  • Contract Management
    • Determine contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
    • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and clients.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns related to procurement or delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
Work Environment

As a Procurement Specialist at Flora Graphic & Printing Inc., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and priorities, and working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
