Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
