About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Doaba Construction Ltd. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment and tools to ensure that they are in good working condition.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions to ensure that the team is working effectively.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that projects have the necessary resources.
  • Work Term and Language: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
