Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Axis Planning Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient logistics operations
  • Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs and optimize resource allocation
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track logistics performance
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies at competitive prices
  • Plan and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless delivery of goods
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
