In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in paving, concrete work, sewer systems, and water pipe installations will be crucial to the success of these endeavors.

  • Project Management: Effectively manage construction sites, adhering to project specifications and plans. Identify and address any discrepancies promptly, proposing practical solutions to ensure smooth progress.
  • Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout all phases of construction. Validate payment requests and prepare comprehensive final plans, documenting the project's completion accurately.
  • Communication & Coordination: Foster strong communication channels with all stakeholders involved in the project, including contractors, engineers, and municipal officials. Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them to minimize disruptions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed site reports, calculate material quantities, and generate progressive estimates to track project progress and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will possess a College Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in municipal engineering projects. A thorough understanding of Quebec's construction standards is essential for success in this role.
