Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor with expertise in municipal infrastructure, particularly in paving, concrete, sewer systems, and water pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction sites with a focus on efficiency and safety.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and architectural plans.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, offering practical solutions.
- Monitor project progress, validate invoicing, and prepare final documentation.
- Draft site reports, calculate material quantities, and develop ongoing estimates.
- Guarantee the timely completion and high quality of all work performed.
- Anticipate potential issues on-site and address them effectively.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a College Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal engineering. Familiarity with local standards is essential. A genuine interest in municipal engineering and the ability to travel to various sites are important for this role.
