Position Overview

ABC Recycling Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Head Shipper to oversee our shipping operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics and enhancing productivity within our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members on their roles and company policies.
  • Organize training sessions for employees to ensure they are well-equipped for their tasks.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to assess employee progress and areas for improvement.
  • Assign and review work, establishing clear schedules and procedures for the team.
Supervision

This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
