- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a productive work environment.
- Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
