About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Director to join our team at Secure Mailing Systems Inc. as an Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership and management.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
